I have been doing private consultations for a number of years and have many happy parents who have benefited from this. (See my reviews!)
The way I have found this to be the most effective for quick, reactive advice and response is through WhatsApp.

Sessions are aimed at lasting 1 week, although it’s very flexible around timetables and availability. It all depends on what you need from me and are hoping to achieve.
What's involved?
Discuss and work on your child’s learning environment. Any potential changes that could be made in order to best support your little one’s developmental needs.
Discuss your little one’s specific needs and interests, to make sure all ideas are specifically tailored to you and your family.
Discuss any potential changes to the work cycle, including decluttering, storage & play rotations, activities and simple tips on how to initiate play and introduce new activities.
An introduction to different learning materials and their developmental benefits, as well as guidance on ways to extend or modify existing materials and activities.
All of the above is done through continuous back-and-forth conversation, including pictures, videos and ideas of materials.
