Welcome to How2Montessori! By accessing or using our platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

a. Subscription Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription period and may be automatically renewed unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

b. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Share your account login details with any third party.

• Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Platform or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Platform.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of How2Montessori or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

b. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content, including but not limited to comments, reviews, or feedback, you grant How2Montessori a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. How2Montessori does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content available on or through the Platform.

b. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, How2Montessori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

c. Liability for Child Safety

How2Montessori shall not be liable for the safety of any child who is partaking in any activities suggested on the How2Monetssori members platform, as well as any corresponding media. It is imperative that anyone responsible for the child supervises them at all times, to ensure the safety of the child,​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless How2Montessori and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
